It's not often that I can sight a female Orange-bellied Flowerpecker. This post consists of two occasions when I managed to have a glimpse of the tiny bird. The female of the species is not so cheerful and noisy as the male. Its body does not have the striking or contrasting yellow and metallic blue of the male. At the Kambatik Park, Bintulu that are regular visitors with the arrival of the ripening season of the Jackfruit. It is however a delightful moment if both are seen together.
